Aprecap 125 mg Tab (Aprepitant)
Aprecap 125mg is made by Glenmark which consists of Aprepitatnt as a main
ingredient. This tab is given to the patient after chemotherapy session when he/she
feels like nausea and vomiting. It is an antiemetic medicine whose work is to
block the chemical effect and also by blocking the action taken by chemical
messenger. Chemical messenger is a nerve in the brain called neurokinin which
causes nausea and vomiting during anti-cancer treatment.
Aprecap can be taken with or without food but it is mandatory that it should be taken at a fixed time. Dosages are been defines by your doctor so take the same as prescripted.
